About the studio
Paradox Interactive grew out of a Swedish board-game and software company. Its in-house team, Paradox Development Studio, created the long-running grand strategy series Europa Universalis, Crusader Kings, Hearts of Iron and Victoria.
Paradox games are known for their depth, their long support after release and devoted communities that create extensive modifications.
